Nestled along the shores of the Seven Seas Lagoon, the Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa seamlessly blend Victorian elegance with modern luxury. As one of Disney Vacation Club’s most prestigious resorts, this resort offers guests cozy accommodations, exceptional dining, and close proximity to Magic Kingdom Park.

The white exterior and red roof of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is seen under a blue sky from across the water along the walkway from Magic Kingdom.
In my opinion, this is one of the most stunning DVC resorts. From the elegant lobby and cozy guest rooms to its serene pools, comfortable seating areas, and top-tier amenities, every detail immerses guests in luxury.

A stone fountain sits in a courtyard in front of the white and red exterior of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa under a bright blue sky. There is a pedestrian walkway surrounded by green lawns and red flower beds.

Let’s embark on a virtual tour of this grand resort and discover the magic that awaits! Get ready to feel like royalty as we explore this breathtaking resort!

First Impressions: The Resort Grounds

Your journey begins as you take in the resort’s signature bright white exterior, red gabled roofs, and grand architecture, immediately evoking a sense of sophistication and charm. As you stroll the immaculately manicured grounds, you’ll find lush gardens, tranquil fountains, and winding pathways perfect for a leisurely afternoon walk. Take a moment to relax at one of the many seating areas and soak in the peaceful ambiance, perhaps with a refreshing drink and your favorite book.

A white metal bistro tables with a white umbrella and 4 white chairs, each with a “GF” logo in the back are set out on the red brick patio outside Gasparilla Island Grill at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

The Grand Lobby: A Regal Welcome

The resort’s main building is home to the Grand Lobby, a breathtaking space filled with elegant white decor, intricate brown tile designs, and dazzling chandeliers. Marvel at the grand birdcage, the stunning enclosed elevator, and the magnificent grand piano, which often features live performances. While it’s undergoing some reimagining right now, every corner of the lobby is designed with luxury in mind and we can’t wait to see what it will look like when the refurbishment is complete!

Personally, stepping into the lobby makes me feel like I should be in a Regency-era gown, à la Bridgerton, strolling about and waiting for a suitor (my partner) to ask me for a dance. Sometimes, I must remind myself that I’m not in one of my favorite period shows or books!

World-Class Dining

This resort has several exceptional dining options!
