One Bedroom Villa at Disney’s Beach Club Resort
Disney’s Beach Club Villas are designed to recall a charming New England beach house in the early 20th century. This is a casual resort where it just feels right to spend the day at the beach, or in this case, the sand bottom pool of Stormalong Bay. The rooms are decorated in light, beachy pastels and comfy furniture. Here, let me show you a One Bedroom Villa.
When you enter the room, there is a small foyer. That door leads to the studio Villa next door. Across from the door is a small table for dropping things like keys and parks tickets.
As you walk into the Villa, you come upon the dinette area – a table and bench seat.
It’s a nice sized table, great for family meals or puzzles and games. There are two chairs that you’ll see in a later photo that can be used at the table in addition to the bench seat.
In the living room is a cozy sofa, that folds out into a double-size bed.
Across from the sofa is a chair and TV with lots of shelves and drawers incorporated into the entertainment stand.
Next we see a breakfast bar with the two chairs I spoke of earlier.
Now let’s have a look at the full size kitchen. There’s a lot to see here.
Below the sink…
Inside the cupboard above the coffee maker.
The stove does have four burners, although one seems to be hiding in this photo. Above the stove is a microwave.
As you can see, the kitchen has everything you need to have meals in your room, if you don’t mind cooking on vacation! The kitchen is great, but my two favorite parts of this room are still to come. First, is the laundry area. I love having a washer and dryer in the room. This one is located in the hall, just before you get to the bathroom.
My second favorite thing is the spa tub – so luxurious! Let’s go see it… if we can find it amongst all these doors that is! No, these aren’t mirror images. There really are this many doors to the bathroom. We’ll start with the door on the far right. It leads to the toilet.
From there we move into the shower room.
Next we make our way into the room with the tub – and what a fine tub it is after a day of pounding the pavement in the parks!
To the right of the sink is the closet where you’ll find an iron and ironing board, highchair, portable crib, safe, sweeper, and luggage rack.
Here’s what the crib looks like opened up.
Back to that tub. There’s an opening from this room into the bedroom that has shutters that close for a “little” bit of privacy.
On one side of the bed is a nightstand with a drawer. On the other side is a desk and chair.
A reading chair sits next to the TV/dresser. To the left of the TV, a padded bench seat houses a large drawer for storage.
There is a patio off both the bedroom and the living room, each with a couple of chairs and a small table.
There you have it – the one bedroom Villa at Disney’s Beach Club. Not a bad place to spend a vacation!
