As you gear up for your upcoming Walt Disney World adventure, consider setting aside a day or two to fully relax and savor your resort’s amenities. If you’re anything like me, spending an entire day luxuriating and recharging by the pool can be the perfect way to enhance your overall vacation experience – soaking up the sun, diving into a good book, and admiring the scenic views while taking refreshing dips in the water.

Let’s dive into the various resort pools, each with unique themes and offerings!

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas

Whether you’re staying at Jambo House or Kidani Village at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas, you’re welcome to enjoy the pool amenities on both sides of the resort, enhancing your stay with diverse recreational options!

The Uzima Springs Pool at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas Jambo House is seen under lots of sunshine as guests swim and relax in the area.

Jambo House is home to the Uzima Springs Pool, an expansive 11,000-square-foot tropical oasis that overlooks the Uzima Savanna. Guests can unwind poolside while taking in views of the savanna’s wildlife, or they can opt for a splash of adventure with the 67-foot-long waterslide. The nearby Uzima Springs Pool Bar is the perfect spot to grab a refreshing beverage and relax in the vibrant atmosphere.

Guests enjoy the Samawati Springs Pool at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas Kidani Village. A wooden pedestrian bridge can be seen above the pool in the background as the waterslide enters the water in the pool.

At Kidani Village, guests will find the Samawati Springs Pool, a 4,700-square-foot retreat complete with a zero-depth entry. Surrounded by lush palm trees, the pool provides a serene setting for relaxation. The highlight is its 128-foot waterslide, which offers an exhilarating experience for guests of all ages.
