“Soft Goods” Room Refurbishment at Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa

Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is currently undergoing a room refurbishment that is expected to be completed this spring. This is a “soft goods” refurbishment, meaning that they are replacing things like curtains, carpets, bedding, and upholstery.

When I stayed there last month, I was lucky enough to stay in one of the rooms that had already been changed over. I like the new look. My only complaint is that the bedspread is extremely heavy – too heavy for me to use even. I just folded it up and left it in the closet the whole time. Other than that, I thought they did a nice job.
